Patrick Schweihs, Esq. is the founder and principal of CopyMark Law Group. Patrick is a seasoned trademark attorney passionate about helping entrepreneurs and small businesses protect their unique brand identities. With years of experience in trademark law, he has made it his mission to provide high-quality legal guidance tailored to the needs of entrepreneurs and small businesses. Since starting the law firm in 2017, Patrick has helped thousands of entrepreneurs and small businesses with their trademark needs. Today, we manage over 5,000 trademarks for our clients in the United States and worldwide. Patrick holds a law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from the University of Notre Dame.

Jalissa Bauman Horne is an associate attorney. Throughout her career, she has worked for hundreds of clients ranging from high-end corporate entertainment companies to entrepreneurs and creative individuals,managing thousands of marks and various legal matters. She is invested in helping clients feel informed, supported, and confident that they can focus their talents and resources where they are needed most. Jalissa holds a law degree and Certificate in Intellectual Property at DePaul University College of Law and is admitted to practice in Illinois and California.

Danial Saam is an associate attorney. His primary practice area is trademark law, focusing on how it intersects with modern developments like social media, video games, apps, and the metaverse. He has helped hundreds of clients register their trademarks with the USPTO. When not securing trademark rights for my clients, he is an avid bowler and bowling coach. He holds a law degree from DePaul University College of Law and an undergraduate degree from DePaul in political Science.
